Lux packages for Basel residential lighting design. Figures are design fees only — fixtures, dimmers, and electrician labour are separate. Swiss VAT is added where applicable.
What moves a quote
Large Altbau plans, listed facade constraints, and multi-level flats sit toward the upper end. A studio refresh often stays near the lower band. Travel inside Basel city limits is included; further canton visits may add a stated travel charge. Consultation fees can be credited toward a package within sixty days.
Payment
Consultations are paid before or at the visit. Package work requires forty percent to start and the balance on delivery of the final schedule pack. We invoice in CHF by bank transfer.
Not included
Electrical permits, building applications, fixture purchase, and installation labour sit outside design fees. Unsafe wiring pauses recommendations until a licensed electrician assesses risk. We do not take product markups.
